Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Dream Resort Bhuj.

• By confirming a reservation, guests agree to abide by the policies mentioned below.

2. Reservation & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per the booking policy.

• The resort reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings.

• Payment can be made via cash, card, or approved digital methods.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancel before 30 Days 40% Refund
  Cancel before 15 Days 30% refund
  No refunds will be given if booking cancel in 15 Days.
  

  Applicable only on 50% advance payment

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior permission.

• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by them.

6. Resort Rights

• The management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates resort policies or behaves inappropriately.

• The resort is not liable for loss of valuables unless deposited in the reception safe.

7. Facilities & Services

• Use of the swimming pool, gardens, and other facilities is at guests’ own risk.

• Outside food, alcohol, and loud music are not permitted in the premises.

• Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise.

8. Liability

• The resort will not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

• Guests are advised to take care of their own travel insurance.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhuj courts.
